Order Information

Has my order shipped?

Click the "Account" link at the top right hand side of our site to check your orders history to locate the tracking number. Visit the "Track Your Order" page to check your order status.

How do I change quantities or cancel an item in my order?

If you need to Cancel your order or make a Change to your order we ask that you call us on +974 5051 5313. If you are unable to call please email us at info@scubagrabbers.com Please note we try to respond to every email as soon as possible but it can take up to 48hrs for a response.

What if I want to speak to someone?

We want to speak to you too! "Contact us" with any questions, concerns, or feedback. We will be sure to get back to you within 48 hours. However, please note that inquiries sent on Fridays will receive a reply the following Monday, but possibly sooner.

How do I track my order ?

You will receive an email from the Aramex shipping carrier as soon as the in stock items ships that will include the tracking number. Just either click the link from that email or copy or paste the tracking number in the appropriate carriers website or the "Track Your Order" page. If you do not receive the email, just click the Contact us or call us on +974 5051 5313 and an associate will be happy to help.

Shipping Information

What countries do you ship to?

We ship internationally. The shipping fee may vary depending on your location.

How much is my shipping?

Just add the item(s) to your shopping cart and then view the cart.  Once you are done from shopping, click on Checkout and fill in your shipping address information. Click on Continue to shipping and then you be able to check the shipping price for all available shipping options based on the information you gave.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Shipping times may vary depending on your location, We strive to process and dispatch all orders within 5-8 business days of payment confirmation. Next day shipping is available on all domestic orders (for an additional charge). Please remember that orders placed on the weekend will be shipped on the next business day.

I received the wrong product!

If you feel that you have received the wrong product, please contact customer service within 72 hours of receiving the product on +974 5051 5313 or by visiting the "Contact us" page.

Returns & Refunds

How do I return a product?

Items must be returned within 14 days after receiving your order. Items must be returned in the same condition in which they were received, be unworn/unused, have any tags still attached, and include all the original packaging. After making sure that the items are still in good condition, please contact customer service for further assistance on +974 5051 5313 or by visiting the "Contact us" page.

How long will it take to receive my refund?

We typically complete refund processing within 14 days upon receiving the item(s). However, please note that the processing time may differ between banks, so we recommend verifying this with your bank.

Price & Billing

Do I have to pay International/sales tax & customs?

Please be aware that all International orders may subject to import fees, duty, customs, VAT charges or additional taxes when the package arrives in the country of their shipping destination. These charges are not included in the purchase price or shipping cost. Scuba Grabbers is not responsible nor can we offer any specific advice on fees or additional taxes that you may be charged when your merchandise arrives.
We cannot make refunds to customers who do not receive shipments because they have declined to pay these costs. We recommend that you contact the appropriate government agency for your country/locale before placing your order and ask for information about these potential charges, so you know in advance what your total charges will be.

When will my credit card be charged?

Orders are charged in full when they are placed.

How do I create an account?

  1. Click on the "Person" icon at the top right side of our site.
  2. Choose "Create an account"
  3. Enter your first name, last name, email and password
  4. Click "create account"

Change Account Information

Update Account Address

  1. Click on the "Person" icon at the top right side of our site.
  2. Click on "Addresses"
  3. Edit or Delete Address

I forgot my password!

  1. Click on the "Person" icon at the top right hand side of our site. Next to the password filed you will see "Forgot password" link.
  2. Click on "Forgot password" link and enter in your email address that you registered with and click submit.
  3. You will receive an email with instructions for resetting your password.
