Description

This product has been specifically designed as an anti-fog protector for diving and swimming goggles, although it is equally effective on any vitreous surface (interior of windshields, bathroom mirrors, vision glasses and more).

Its gelatinous texture allows a precise dosage and its texture helps in the elimination of the fatty film from the glass.

Given its neutral pH (7.0) and the zero irritability of its components, it is ideal for use on surfaces near the eyes. Its base is only deionized water, and does not contain any type of organic solvent (isopropyl alcohol, ethyl, glycols, etc.), since under immersion conditions, they could evaporate and affect the surfaces and eye fluids.

Applied correctly (according to instructions of use) creates a protective film that prevents the condensation of microdrops on the surface where it has been used. Its low concentration in surfactants, along with the silicone it incorporates, extends its effectiveness for about 2 hours (depending on conditions).

As formulated, it is the ideal combination of effectiveness and safety of use, for the activity of swimming and diving.

Pack of 1 oz (30 ml).

Steps on how to use anti-fog for scuba diving mask and goggles ?
1. Clean the Mask

Before applying the anti-fog solution, rinse the mask thoroughly to remove any residue. This step ensures that there is no dirt or oil on the lens that could interfere with the effectiveness of the anti-fog treatment.

2. Dry the Mask

After cleaning, make sure the mask is completely dry, use a micro-fibre cloth to dry the mask. Any moisture left inside the mask can dilute the anti-fog solution and reduce its effectiveness.

3. Apply the Anti-Fog Solution

Apply a small amount of the anti-fog solution to the inside surface of the lens. You can apply it using a soft cloth or applicator pad. Be sure to follow the manufacturer's instructions for the specific product you are using.

4. Spread Evenly

Use your fingers or the cloth/applicator pad to spread the anti-fog solution evenly across the entire inside surface of the lens. Make sure to cover all areas, including the edges and corners.

5. Let it Sit

Allow the anti-fog solution to sit on the lens for the recommended amount of time specified by the manufacturer. This allows the solution to bond with the lens and create a protective barrier against fogging.

6. Rinse if Necessary

Some anti-fog solutions may require rinsing after application. Follow the instructions on the product label to determine if rinsing is necessary, and if so, rinse the mask thoroughly with fresh water.

7. Test the Mask

Once the anti-fog solution has been applied and any rinsing is complete, put the mask on and breathe normally to test its effectiveness. If the mask still fogs up, you may need to reapply the anti-fog solution or try a different product.

8. Maintain

After each dive, rinse the mask with fresh water to remove any salt or debris that could degrade the anti-fog coating. Store the mask in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.
